The A-Z of Barista 12 hour Foundation course
Course code: Ask-A to Z
This course will cover in brief coffee history, heritage and processing of coffee. You will get to know the equipment and learn how to extract perfect espresso coffee, the base for all espresso beverages. This course covers the variables in espresso extraction, milk texturing and you will prepare all the popular coffees on today's cafe menu. This course is designed for people with the desire to work as a barista or thinking of opening a coffee shop, but are not sure if it is the right thing for them. Upon completion of this course you will receive a certificate of training. This course will enable you to determine if you have what it takes or would enjoy to be a barista or future cafe owner.

Getting the grind right 4 hour course
A work shop for all baristi-home & professional. The work shop covers perfect espresso extraction and its main variable-the grind size, changes due to atmospheric changes as well as grinder maintenance and adjusting the grind. The Italian Barista 6 hour course
A work shop for all professional coffee makers, who want to step up to the level of "true" barista. Barista translates to bartender, which is what you are required to be, in Europe, to be called Barista. This work shop is designed to give you skills in tea, smoothie, mixed drinks and other beverages preparation on the espresso bar menu.This work shop is a must for any serious baristi and a requirement when wanting to achieve the Intermediate and/or Award in barista skills (more info Click here ).

Coffee art- etching & pouring 6 hour course
A work shop for all professional coffee makers, who want to step up to give customres joy and the WOW factor upon coffee delivey. This work shop is designed to give you skills in poured patterns and using etching to creat e different pictures of coffee & milk art. Please note, to make this a sucessful work shop, milk texturing skills must be already present. You will practice 8 different designs using different techniques. This work shop is a requirement when wanting to achieve the Intermediate and/or Award in barista skills (more info Click here ).
